Our company is organized in three different divisions with the following activities :

News

In November 2006, Globe invested through the daughter-company Trees for People GmbH in another production unit.
With a share of 45%, the public limited company Yalo Food Ticeret Ve Sanayi Anonim Serketi (Yalo Food)  in Turkey was founded together with a Dutch and a Turkish partner.
By an asset-deal, Yalo Food acquired a modern production unit and cold storage depot für deep-frozen fruits, vegetables, mushrooms etc.
Currently, extensive investments are being effected in order to market specialities like battered (breaded) friedproducts (Potatoes, Onions,Broccoli, Cauliflower, Mushrooms, Sliced Aubergines, Sliced Zucchini, etc) from mid of 2007 onwards.
These specific products encounter a strongly growing market and require a very specific know-how.

In addition, Yalo Food will offer mixed deep-frozen berries in small packing for the retail trade.
Plans for own cultivation of various berries are ready with the goal to present the company independent from local suppliers.

Largescale productions of pepper- and tomatoecubes for industrial clients are available.
The factory owns cold storage depots of 9000 cbm with following production-capacities :

Fruits : 1,5 to 3 tons/hour
Vegetables : 3,5 to 4,5 tons/hour

The HACCP, BRC and ISO-certifications have already been granted.

In 2001, our activities in the food-sector have been extended to ecologically grown
products like Aloe Vera Extract Filets, Aloe Vera Juice, Honey, Papaya weed etc.
The marketing of these products is being done by our new sister-company, M/S
Trees for People GmbH, Hamburg who are eco-certified under
ref. # D-HH-HH-3-01504-BC of certification company M/S Lacon GmbH, Germany.

The cultivation of mentioned products is being done by our mexican sister-company,
Ecological Maya Products S.A. in Oxkutzcab, which of course is also eco-certified.
